Pizza from Scratch

Making your own pizza is nothing close to difficult.  It is so fresh that you'll want more.  You won't get that freshness from any commercial pizzas.

The dough - 300 grams of flour, ½ cup of water, dash of salt, 10 - 20 gram of sugar, 1 teaspoon of yeast.  Knead the dough until it is not sticky to hands by adding flour.  If you like thin crust, no yeast is needed. Follow the normal dough making procedures.

The topping - I will never go without pineapple, tomato paste or tomato ketchup is good enough, sliced salami or chorizo or kransky or whatever you prefer (it is best that these are pre-cooked), cheese, coriander or basil and sliced olive.

Use a rolling pin and flatten the dough, you should be able to make 4 pizzas with the above ingredients.

Bake at 200°C for 12 minutes or until you see the cheese is a bit brown but not burnt.  Make sure not to overload the pizzas with toppings, less is more.
