Rainbow Shoes

This Rainbow Shoes change colours everytime you wash them!*   A surprise when you get it clean up, won't it be fun?  I want a pair of these colourful shoes but they are limited edition for men only.

Don't miss the asterisk above ~ *I'm kidding

Do you have any funky or colourful shoes?

Nice shoes! So your hubby gets to buy a pair then. I hear that for running and/or walking, N has the best/most comfortable shoes.

What? There is such a shoes? War...that weird?

He got it from the factory outlet. I was told that it's very comfy. He uses it for walking. LunarGlide for running.

You didn't get the asterisk? I'm just kidding.

Wish we have factory outlets here too. There'd be a lot more choices at least. Are prices at factory outlets really lower than those of regular retailers?

This New Balance shoes is retailed for $200 and factory outlet sells it at $140. $60 (30%) discount. And those Ralph Lauren Polo shirt retail price is $129. Factory outlet sells it at $39. $90 (70%) discount. These discounts are on everyday of the year :). I think those factory shops in the USA are far cheaper than Australia.

Lovely colours! :)

But too bright for my taste though. I don't have funky shoes. But recently bought a pair of red slingbacks. Haven't had a pair of red shoes for quite a long while.

Lily Riani, Ben,
It doesn't really change colours. Did you miss the (*)asterisk? I'm pulling your leg :o)

Mei Teng,
Very bright and colourful indeed. I love colours. I have a pair of orange heels and multicolour low heels :o)

Cool discounts! Again, wish we have factory outlets here. Shopping there would be like discounts all year round. Great savings indeed! But then again, that would kill the regular retailers..

Too colorful for old people like me.

I do have a pair of pink slip ons though. Got it free while I was helping out on a shoe promotion, and they had too much pink shoes with men sizes that they need to get rid of.

I rarely wear sports shoes coz i don't play sports. And, if i were to buy a pair of shoes, they will definitely be two colours only.

Even discount outlets exist, some retailers will still survive and some will not. Depending on what they are I guess.

You only want one shoe?

I'm sure age is not a factor. Surely I'm older than you :o)

Would that be black and white?

Looks very nice ... it'll be easiest for me spot the runner coming into the finish line for a photo grab!

Hi, would like your advice on dry cabinet. Are you using one for storing your photography gear? Am considering purchasing one as one of my lens has got fungus and I need to send it for cleaning soon.

How's the electricity consumption of the dry cabinet like? Don't want to risk a similar thing on my L lens.

LOL! I actually believed it when you said, changes color when you wash them! Haha!

My brightest color is probably orange.. other than that, I do maximum 3 colors at a time..

Wenny Yap,
That's very true! :♦)

Mei Teng,
The humidity here is constantly very low. I don't have that problem so not using a dry cabinet. How did the fungus get in? Do you not use filters for all your lenses? L lens is weather proof (dust cannot get in) but not sure about humidity/fungus getting in.

The lens that has fungus, is it a zoom lens? Some zoom lens is a magnet to dust/water.

Got ya! Actually many read the first paragraph and didn't see the asterisk and so they got excited. I have a pair of orange shoes too. I do love multicolours stuff.

Yes, it's my existing zoom lens. I can only trade it in after it has been cleaned of the fungus. See, I learned a lesson here. A relatively inexpensive dry cabinet (about RM250 onwards) would have saved me the cleaning fee of RM120 (quoted by the lens cleaning guy). In some serious cases, he said the fungus eats into the glass and has to be replaced and could cost quite a bomb and one might as well get a new lens instead of trying to fix it!

I have checked and electricity consumption is low so I guess I will have to invest in a dry cabinet since I am intending to purchase my 5d Mark II body soon.

I am a bit "boring" with shoes, I prefer brown or any neutral color.
